Founded in 2017, ML6 is an independent recruitment and talent advisory firm located in the Greater Toronto Area. We provide customized recruitment solutions to support our clients’ visions for long-term, sustainable results. We help our clients manage change and drive growth through people from advising on people processes and practices, to hiring.
Our clients’ success is our success. Our desire to be a true partner places us in a unique position with our clients, acting as an extension of their team, tackling their challenges as if they were our own and not accepting status quo.
Our leadership team has held various senior leadership positions in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing in both corporate and agency settings.
While our people have diverse backgrounds, with various levels of experience across HR, recruitment, sales and consulting, from corporate and agency, we have one main thing in common: we are people people. Passionate about what we do, our team acts with a sense of urgency, are active listeners, inspire our clients to think differently, and are always in pursuit of excellence. We are true advisors to clients and candidates alike.
I founded ML6 as an enabler of growth. With this singular focus, we have evolved into an agency that performs in direct alignment with the needs of our clients – dynamic organizations that represent the future of the Canadian economy, innovation and progress. In short, the companies that are shaping our future.
ML6 drives growth and manages change through people. In a world being overrun by technology and automation, we become a pure, live extension of your team and your brand. We recognize and accept the responsibility of our role as the guardian of the unique culture that got you to where you are today. You will count on us to reduce risk, decrease stress and provide the advice you require to make sound talent decisions with complete confidence.
We put in the time, implement the best talent practices, and work proactively to enable your success, through people.
Your partner in success.
CEO & Founder
Building extraordinary employer communities wouldn’t be complete without a focus on making a difference in the lives of youth, families, people and other businesses in the communities we serve. We strive to volunteer our time and share our knowledge through a few key initiatives each year. And we continue to explore other opportunities to engage our team and leverage our collective expertise.
Over the years, we have participated in:
Michael was a python in the 2019 Python’s Pit, a competition for students in Halton, Hamilton and Peel Regions, to pitch their business concepts and product ideas in front of a live audience and panel of business leaders.
Michael and Jeff spent a day conducting mock interviews with first-year Management Co-op students at the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus. We were blown away by the calibre of these students and were grateful for the opportunity to participate. We are excited to see what the future hold for this cohort of future talent.
Holiday Helpers has been bringing holiday cheer to families in need for over 20 years. We participated by sponsoring a family in 2019 with each team member and the company donating gifts for the family’s baby.
We are an active member of the BCC, connecting with fellow local business leaders and participating in local events.
Fostering a Great Place to Work Starts Here
While we take the careers of job seekers and our clients’ recruitment solutions seriously, ourselves? Not so much. It is fast-paced and autonomous, but we like to have fun at work. Team outings have included a wine tasting, an escape room experience and an arcade day. Our kitchen is well-stocked and we host a happy hour every Friday afternoon. We’re a place that provides challenge, growth, and constant learning. We demonstrate respect for all, encourage each other and celebrate milestones.
