Some of us come from heading corporate talent teams for Fortune 500 companies, others come from highly successful start-ups, and some from top-tier human capital management firms. We’ve got a great blend of experience, and we love what we do – there’s nothing we’d rather be doing than working alongside you.
We treat people how we want to be treated. That means we give you regular updates, and meaningful feedback that is factual, clear and backed up with data. We respect that the hiring process can be tricky on both sides, and we understand the role that clear communication can have in easing the natural stressors that occur, so we keep all parties as informed as possible, all the time.
Our client’s success is our success. We lose sleep knowing you’re stressed, and we know how challenging it can be to not have the right talent in place. We get that it impacts your day to day, and your bottom line. Seriously – this keeps us up at night.
We challenge your thinking and we offer solutions. Every once in a while we get a request to find someone for a role that doesn’t exist, either because the combination of skills is unrealistic to find, or the salary to hire the person is out of line with the market. Our passion drives us to exceed expectations, but we don’t go too crazy – we encourage every team member to take time to have good mental and physical health, and we have the benefits, vacation, personal time and sick leave to back that up. Our President and Founder even goes rock climbing on the lunch hour!
